We currently ship within the United States only, due to the cost of shipping internationally.
Orders over $50 ship free. Below that, standard and express shipping options are shown at checkout with their own estimated delivery windows. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees — once an order leaves our hands, delivery delays are the carrier's responsibility, not ours.
Some orders may be available for local pickup or pickup at a live event instead of shipping, where that option is shown at checkout. If you choose pickup, it's your responsibility to arrange it within the agreed timeframe.
Every magnet we make is custom, printed from your own uploaded photo — so we're not able to offer returns or exchanges simply for a change of mind once production has started. Please review your photo, crop, size, and quantity carefully before adding it to your cart.
That said, if your order arrives damaged or with a genuine printing defect, we'll make it right. Just contact us with a photo of the issue, and we'll take care of a reprint or refund.
Our magnets are made for indoor display — fridges, lockers, office boards, and similar surfaces. Outdoor exposure, direct sunlight, or moisture can cause fading or damage over time.
