Custom Photo Magnets come in five sizes: 2" x 2", 2.5" x 2.5", 3" x 3", 2" x 3", and 2.5" x 3.5".

The sizes listed (like "2" x 2"") are nominal, rounded sizes for easy reference. Because magnets are manufactured to standard metric molds, the actual finished size may differ slightly — for example, a "2" x 2"" magnet is actually 50mm x 50mm (about 1.97" x 1.97"). This is a normal part of the manufacturing process, not a defect. See our Terms and Conditions for the full size chart.

One photo, split into a grid of magnets that fit together like a small puzzle — something fun to actually assemble on the fridge, not just look at. They come in three sizes: 2" x 2" and 2.5" x 2.5" (9 pieces each), and 2.5" x 3.5" (6 pieces).

Any standard image file — JPG, PNG, HEIC, and similar. Non-image files (like PDFs or documents) aren't accepted.

Your camera roll, a photo you take right there on the spot, a direct link to an image, or Dropbox.

That's the bleed line — it marks the edge of what actually gets printed and trimmed. Anything beyond the dashed line wraps around the edge of the finished magnet, so keep the important part of your photo inside it.

Yes. Our photo editor lets you crop, rotate, flip, adjust brightness/contrast/color, apply a filter, and add your own text right on the photo before it's added to your order.

For Custom Photo Magnets, yes — click Edit next to the item in your cart to reopen it, change anything, and save. For Photo Puzzle Magnets, editing from the cart isn't supported yet — you'll need to remove it and start that order over.

Only if you say yes. Each order has its own "feature on social media" choice, so you decide for that specific order — it's not an all-or-nothing account setting.

Not currently — we ship within the United States only, due to the cost of shipping internationally.

Yes, on orders over $50. Your cart will show you exactly how much more you need to add to unlock free shipping.

Some orders may be available for local pickup or pickup at a live event, where noted at checkout. It's your responsibility to arrange pickup within the agreed timeframe.

We print using high-quality equipment, but colors can look slightly different on a printed magnet than they do on a digital screen — that's normal and not considered a defect.

Our magnets are designed for indoor display only — fridges, lockers, office boards, and similar surfaces. Outdoor exposure, direct sunlight, or moisture can cause fading or damage we can't be responsible for.

Contact us at support@magnetstars.com with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a reprint or refund at our discretion.
